General Operative

Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit Plant Operators with immediate starts to work within a small and friendly team for well known Agriculture Company based in Denbigh. Full time position!! For the right candidate permanent opportunity!! Rota on system with shifts: 7am - 3pm and 8.30am -4.30pm, Monday - Friday Starting rate £11.96 (£23.300 per annum to start with £25.300 after full training to 3 Plant Operator) 24 Holidays + 8 Bank Holidays, Increasing holiday 1 extra day per year service up to 28 days Full training provided Opportunity to develop and grow. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure that the standard operating procedures within the manufacturing process are followed exactly at all times. * Ensure that the batch manufacturing documentation is completed in real time i.e. promptly and efficiently. * Report any problems, breakdowns, errors, deviations or non-conformances to the supervisor / manager immediately. * Ensure that the working area and equipment / machinery are left clean and tidy after use. * Maintain good health, safety and environmental practice at all times. * Ensure that the production operations are kept running efficiently by carrying out any additional tasks. * Support other members of the team as required to ensure the effective running of the business.
