Production Team Leader

Are you an EXPERIENCED shift or team leader within a FMCG Environment looking for your next permanent position? Would you be happy earning circa £40000 working double days? Is the Blackpool area of Lancashire somewhere you can easily commute to daily? Are you experienced in problem solving, people management, appraisals, presentations and looking after sick leave and annual holiday within a team? Do you have good IT skills and are able to use Microsoft Office and Excel? If you have answered "yes" to the above questions then please apply. Duties will include * Making sure that your team are fully trained on the equipment they are using. * Be proactive and lead with a "can do" attitude. * Keeping check of productivity, cost, quality and safety on your shift / team. * Complete full handovers to shift leaders at the beginning and end of your shift. * Constantly review the performance of your team. * Be in communication with senior management at all times ensuring that business needs are met.
