Qlik Developer
Contract
Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit a Qlik Developer, to work in a busy Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, based within the Runcorn area.
This role will work closely with business and central functions to create and implement robust analytical solutions, promoting data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities include maintain and further develop the QlikView, Qlik Sense and N Printing capability for the commercial business functions in line with the vision for insight generation. Understand key stakeholder questions across the business in order to design and create dashboards and reports that transform data into meaningful, actionable insights in order for business users to self-serve and become experts at interpreting information.
This position is part of the Commercial Excellence team within the Business Excellence function, which supports the strategy execution and business improvement initiatives. This exciting role offers an opportunity to bring analytical and technical expertise to a dynamic environment, working closely with both local teams to make a real impact on the business.

25 annual leave days + Bank Holidays
Hybrid working - 60% remote, 40% on site
What will you be doing:
Optimising Business Decisions and Performance:
o Unlocking the value in the most appropriate datasets to improve business decisions and performance, maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant databases to ensure all analysis accurately addresses the business need, and effectively prioritising tasks while engaging stakeholders with best-in-class practices.
Discover, Diagnose, Design, and Deliver:
o Create interactive and intuitive Qlik dashboards that enable end users to quickly find the information they need to make decisions.
Data Interpretation and Visualisation:
o Utilise and interpret data to tell a story through innovative visualisations, helping stakeholders interpret information hidden within large and complex datasets.
Reporting:
o Reload, QC, and disseminate routinely delivered reporting to their business.
End-User Training:
o Provide end-user training in Qlik delivered solution(s).
Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for the appropriate use of Qlik to streamline and automate processes.
Documentation:
o Author technical and user documentation so other colleagues can support and use outputs.
Business Support:
o Support the commercial business teams by providing high quality, insightful, and accurate internal and external business performance information.

Specific requirements
o Experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
o Proven experience in analytics roles within a commercial setting, ideally in the lifescrinces industry.
o Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into data solutions, leveraging analytics to support decision-making.
o Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools
o Hands-on experience of data analytics platforms including Qliksense
o A track record of building, managing, and optimizing interactive dashboards
o Technical Expertise in Data Management and Analytics Platforms
o Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes for data
o Familiarity with CRM (such as Veeva or Salesforce) and ERP systems, as well as experience working with analytics platforms that support self-service capabilities.
o Strong Business Acumen
o Ability to proactively identify business opportunities and challenges, using data to provide actionable recommendations.
o Experience with Data Governance and Compliance
o Knowledge of data governance practices, data quality management, and compliance with regulatory standards, especially in a healthcare setting.
