Office Coordinator

Our client based in Cramlington are recruiting for an office coordinator to join an expanding team on a temporary basis with an immediate start available.
The office coordinator will be responsible for managing document control, following up on oustanding tasks and some assistant duties to support the management team.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary:
£12.50 per hour
Duties:
- Answer direct phone calls, emails and other communications
- Manage office supplies and ensure office is well organised
- Maintain and organise factory documents, technical drawings & compliance certificates
- Correct filing of documents, both electronically and hard copies
- Provide administrative support to senior staff
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and organise travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with various departments
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
This Role is office based, within a factory setting.
It may require occasional travel to other company locations for training purposes
