Medical Technician

Kinetic Recruitment are looking for Medical Technicians for a Reading based client. The company are a niche provider of outsourced services, and they have an outstanding reputation in the medical industry. This is a FULL TIME, temporary to permanent position working Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm rotating shifts. You may also be required to work one in three weekends, which will be paid at a premium rate. As a Medical Technician, you will be: * Packing surgical equipment after an intense clean * Checking products are all present against computerised list of items required * Working within a sterile environment * Ensuring that all equipment is cleaned and sterile thoroughly * Completing all relevant paperwork Requirements: * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours * Confidence working within a sterile, medical environment * The ability to do a repetitive but important job (whilst training) * Previous experience in sterile environment is advantageous but not essential * Excellent communication skills In return for working for this great company, you will receive: * £11.44 per standard hour, rising to £12.07 per hour after 12 weeks * £17.16 per hour overtime * Full training * Opportunity to work for a large company * Permanent job after a short, temporary period If you are interested in working for a reputable, global company, are eager to learn, and can work the required hours, please apply with an up-to-date CV below.
