Mechanical Day Shift Engineer

Requirements * Time served with a recognisable apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering * Minimum of 5 years post qualified experience gained within a high-volume manufacturing environment. * Good knowledge of Drives and control systems i.e., chains belts gears, Conveyors, Boilers, PLC controlled systems, temperature controls, pressure controllers, understand the principle of Shredders, Granulators, Blowers Banbury's etc. knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems, mechanical workshop skills welding, fabrication etc. * Good knowledge of health and safety and continuous improvement * Able to work as an individual and part of a combined team.
