Mechanical Maintenance Fitter

Our client, based in the Runcorn area, need a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer on a short term basis to start straight away. The work is on days working Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm (40 hours) and will pay about £20/hr. The work will last a minimum of 2 weeks. They need someone who is mechanically trained and competent in carrying out mechanical pre-planned and reactive maintenance. Skills and experience in the following would be helpful: * Mechanical fault finding from manufacturing sector. * MIG/Stik welding skills would also be beneficial. * BTEC National/NVQ or equivalent qualifications. * Experience of safely maintaining medium to heavy plant (Preferably screening, crushing, milling, dust extractions, mixers, conveyors, pneumatic blowers).
